Legend has it that the Chilean Indians invented rainsticks to make rainy weather. While we can't promise similar results, turning the Rainstick upside down really does sound like rain! These authentic rainsticks are crafted from a piece of ocotillo cactus branch filled with dried seeds. Includes a colorful woven band around one end. Because they are crafted by hand, sizes can vary slightly. This small model rainstick usually measures 21 inches in overall length.
