This mandolin is a sweet round holed instrument with a warm even sound and good bass tone. The sound board is carved from Alaskan Yellow cedar and the back and neck from curly Red Maple. It has a bleached bone nut, Pau Ferro fingerboard, an adjustable rosewood bridge, Bill James tailpiece, EVO gold frets and Rubner Classic Gold tuning machines with rosewood buttons.
