We love this classic circular brass bulb horn for the sheer joy it brings to any gathering! The full circular coil gives it a strikingly retro look, and the oversized black rubber bulb delivers a satisfying, room-filling honk that is hard to ignore.
Construction & Materials
The body of this horn is crafted from plated brass, formed into a full circular loop that gives the instrument its distinctive vintage silhouette. The flared conical bell measures approximately 3-3/4 inches across, directing sound with authority. A large black rubber squeeze bulb is firmly fitted at the input end, providing the air compression needed to produce the horn's characteristic honk. You should expect your brass instruments to have, or develop, an attractive antique patina over time.
Sound & Playability
Squeeze the bulb and the result is a bold, resonant honk that carries across a crowd. This is one of the louder party noisemakers in its class, built to be heard at sporting events, parades, festivals, and celebrations.
About This Instrument
At approximately 14 inches in overall length, this horn strikes a balance between visual presence and practical portability.
Care & Maintenance
Wipe the brass body with a soft dry cloth after handling to remove fingerprints and moisture. For a polished shine, a brass cleaner such as Brasso works well on the plated surface. Store the horn in a dry location away from direct sunlight to preserve both the brass finish and the rubber bulb.

Nice sound
This was my first ever Hardanger, so I basically wanted a "Squier" version of a Hardanger: an entry level Hardanger to learn on that was new and solid but wouldn't break the bank. This has been pretty much perfect and just what I wanted.I love playing it.
Beautiful amazing instrument! Easy and fun to play! Highly recommended! Great customer service and fast shipping!!
Jackie arrived, nicely packed and in rapid order... much lighter than I expected, thank goodness as the instrument is attached to the player by their thumbs (and mine are kind of old).
I never thought that it would be so challenging for me to learn play ... so different from anything I've tried before... I can feel the neurons in my brain sparking and protesting. Actually, it feels good to build new pathways. The cat is none too pleased with my new endeavor. However, Jackie is a beautiful instrument, well made and of good quality. I'm sure, in time, we'll become the best of friends.
Thanks to all at Lark in the Morning for making my experience so pleasant and trouble free. <3
The external Twin Spot works great on my Irish Bouzouki. I've scotched taped the pickup heads and wires it in place for easy adjustment, and the pick up sensitivity is very good. I'm running it through my guitar DI box for increased sensitivity and tone control.
