Shipping policy

We ship from our store 5 days a week, Tuesday - Saturday. If you place an order before noon California time on a shipping day, it will likely be shipped the same day. Some of our items ship directly from our suppliers or makers. Shipping times will vary in those cases. Please check with us if you'd like to know about a specific item.

To save costs and to lower the environmental impact, we try to recycle boxes and other shipping materials when we can. This means we may use boxes with logos from other companies or clean recycled paper, foam, bubble wrap and air pillows from packages we've received.
