Let customers speak for us
from 416 reviewsGreat product. Doesn’t fit my set but I’ll find a use for them lol. I should have measured… these are a good foot and a half too short lmao. Maybe I’ll find the product on tour website that matches !!!
I originally purchased this instrument from your company about 30 years ago and have been using it ever since, but some of the paint has peeled off and I wanted a new one, so I ordered one.
I love it. I spend 10 minutes in the morning to start my day and before I go to bed. I had it next to my grandson while he was crying and he immediately stopped because of the gentle sound. I think I want another one. Also, I probably want to order a couple of extra rubber bands.
I emailed before coming in. Everyone was really helpful and responsive. Also, when I came in the store, it’s got a lot of great stuff in there. Cool instruments.
It's a solid sturdy case
It works perfect, came on time, in perfect condition, tunes are great. Not a something I’d say is a complaint but I had to put new holes in the straps since the ones available weren’t tight enough for my hands. So fun to play!
I love my new Wind Wand! It adds a nice element to my sound bath immersions. It is amazing on its own, and pairs well with drumming and a rain stick. It sounds a little like a digeridoo which I love!
Besutiful book, beautiful tunes, just what I needed. Thanks.
I'm just a beginner, but this whistle is easy to play, and has really great presence! It really punches through the mix and is really perfect for being heard well at sessions. Nice chiff!
This was my first ever Hardanger, so I basically wanted a "Squier" version of a Hardanger: an entry level Hardanger to learn on that was new and solid but wouldn't break the bank. This has been pretty much perfect and just what I wanted.I love playing it.
I wanted to try a new instrument and have been looking at concertinas for a couple of years. When I found the Jackie I decided this was "the one" to start with.
To be sure, it is STIFF. But they say it will "un-stiff" with time so here's hoping.
It's a very different instrument from all of the ones I play (keyboards, harp, strings, woodwinds).
I found it extremely awkward at first, but after watching a lot of youtube videos by really wonderful players, and seeing the possibilities, I began to get a feel for holding it, and for using the bellows correctly. It isn't awkward at all now, and I enjoy it every time I pick it up and play (about 6 times a day).
In the beginning, I could only spend about three minutes, and everything hurt. But after a week I found I was practicing in at least 15-minute sections and nothing hurts at all.
The book that comes with is extremely helpful. I'm working from that, from a long, old English Concertina book I downloaded for free, and writing my own arrangements as well. It is lots of fun, to learn something so completely different, I really love it.
The 60 inch Rainstick sounds like rain when slowly turned at an angle,I think it works great and that with a Thunderstick for Thunder, would sound very well with songs like Rainy Night in Georgia.
