Jim Nichols, Craig Wagner, and Tim Thompson are three of the most gifted guitarists I've come to know. While each would be classified as jazz players they each have a different approach and sound. Jim brings the tradition of Joe Pass, and Lenny Breau as well as a bebop sound to his lines. Craig applies warp speed three fingered scale techniques on his seven string guitar and mixes the traditional jazz repertoire with the pop styles of Stevie Wonder and Michael Jackson. Tim likes to give an edge to the groove of his traditional swing feel while playing solo and using a looping device. He also likes to surprise his audience with unique song selection and original compositions.
