Balafon, 16-note, from Mali

If you want a natural and true organic sound like crystal clean water gurgling down a mountain stream then you will be mesmerized playing and feeling the sound of this Mali balafon. Tuning scale is F major pentatonic starting with a low G. The wood for the keys is called goni (pterocarpus erinaceus) a quality West African musical instrument wood, the gourd resonators below each key amplify its sound.
