These are lovely ankle bells, traditionally worn by Indian kathak dancers. They can also be worn on your wrists, or anywhere you want to add a jingly accent to movement.
Made of brass, these bells have four leaves (kali). Comes with a pair of strings, each with 25 bells, 50 bells total.

I already play a mountain lap dulcimer, but this one gives the instrument a whole different dimension to playing. Really beautiful craftsmanship. Thus isn’t a toy, but a lovely wooden instrument. Very easy to play!
