Large Whirling Drum India

These unusual drums are played by holding the stick between your hands and whirling the drum back and forth. The drums have small beads on strings attached to the top of the drum. As you whirl, the beads strike the skin heads, creating a resonant, percussive sound. Handle design and size varies.
