The Baroq-uleles (TM) by Roosebeck represent a pinnacle of craftsmanship and versatility, offering one of the most option-rich lines of instruments available. Inspired by the traditional round-back guitar from Germany, this Concert-sized instrument boasts a 375 mm (14.75 inches) scale. The European spruce soundboard is adorned with a four-point rosette design, reminiscent of a 17th-century lute. The round-back or bowl shape is crafted from staves of sheesham (Dalbergia sissoo), while the solid sheesham neck features a nut width of 36 mm (1 7/16 inch) with a cattle-bone nut. Equipped with standard friction ukulele tuners, the tension on each can be adjusted for optimal performance. The sheesham bridge incorporates a genuine cattle-bone saddle, and an end-pin strap button is standard. Overall dimensions are 23.25 x 7.5 w x 4 inches.  The Baroq-uleles are available in four sizes: Soprano, Concert, Tenor, and Baritone, each featuring a unique rosette design inspired by museum examples from the 16th and 17th centuries. Customers can choose from three types of woods for the back: sheesham, lacewood (chenar), or a variegated pattern with alternating staves of sheesham and lacewood. Additionally, these instruments offer two types of tuning keys: Baroque-style ebony tuning pegs or standard ukulele friction tuners. Each model is sold separately, and a Gig Bag is included. Discover the perfect Baroq-ulele to suit your musical style and preferences today.
